Description

3NAMIX Arthritis Insole – Dynamic Arch Support for Knee Arthritis Relief, Joint Alignment & Shock Absorption The 3NAMIX Arthritis Insole is designed to help reduce stress on the knees by improving foot alignment and distributing pressure more evenly with every step. For individuals dealing with knee arthritis, joint discomfort often starts from the ground up—making proper foot support essential for reducing daily strain. Built with patented German biomechanical technology, these insoles feature dynamic arch support that adapts to your movement. Unlike traditional insoles that remain static, 3NAMIX actively responds as you walk, helping guide the foot into a more natural position and supporting better alignment through the ankles, knees, and joints. By improving alignment and absorbing impact, the 3NAMIX Arthritis Insole helps reduce the repetitive stress that can contribute to knee discomfort during walking, standing, or daily activity. Why Foot Support Matters for Knee Arthritis When the foot lacks proper support, it can roll inward or outward (overpronation or supination), placing added strain on the knees. Over time, this misalignment can increase pressure on the knee joint. The 3NAMIX insole helps promote a more balanced foot position, which may reduce stress traveling up the kinetic chain to the knees. Key Benefits: • Dynamic arch support that moves with your foot • Helps reduce stress on knees and joints • Promotes better alignment from foot to knee • Shock absorbing design to reduce impact on joints • Helps reduce discomfort from walking or standing • Supports natural biomechanics and movement • Reduces fatigue during daily activity • Suitable for work, walking, and everyday use Advanced Alignment & Shock Absorption Technology The 3NAMIX system is designed to improve how force travels through your body. By supporting the arch dynamically and distributing pressure more evenly, the insole helps reduce concentrated impact that can affect the knees. This makes it an ideal solution for those looking for insoles for knee pain, arthritis support, or joint comfort. Comfort That Supports Every Step Every step creates force that travels through your feet into your knees. The 3NAMIX Arthritis Insole helps absorb that impact while guiding your foot into better alignment—helping you move more comfortably throughout the day. Ideal For: • People with knee arthritis or knee discomfort • Those seeking insoles for knee pain relief • Individuals needing arch support and alignment • People who stand or walk for long periods • Anyone looking for shock absorbing insoles • Users wanting orthotic inserts for joint support

These arrived in a simple yet descriptive box. The shoe inserts were in perfect shape. What I like: Padding on the heal is fairly soft and thick. Arch support is very good. This is important to me as I have high arches so I really need that extra support. The blue padding on the front of the insert is fine, although not quite as soft as the heal padding, probably because it is much thinner. Trimming to whatever size you need is very easy with a pair of scissors. What I don't like: This is the reason I took off a star, the cost. The sneakers I'll be putting these in cost less than these inserts. Why are they so expensive? You can get similar products for half this cost. Overall I think they are good inserts. If they cost in the $30 dollar range or less, I would have given them 5 stars. Despite giving them a 4 star review, I would look elsewhere for similar but more reasonably priced inserts.

These insoles fit into my 9-9.5 (average width) shoes perfectly. I did not need to trim the insoles at all. They fit without any wrinkles or creasing. There wasn't any strange chemical or plastic odor. They provide a significant amount of arch support, which I need. They do not provide a cushy, soft feeling but for me, they work well. I have worn these two different days and don't have my usual pain in the soles of my feet, my ankles, and my knees. They appear to be very good quality and I expect them to last awhile. These are pricier than many insoles, but to me they are worth it if they last as long as I expect them to.

I got these arthritis insoles in size L for my husband, and they have made a big difference for him. He noticed the added cushioning right away, especially in the heel and arch where he usually feels discomfort. After wearing them throughout the day, his feet seem less tired, even after long hours on his feet. They fit well in his shoes without feeling bulky and stay in place nicely. The material feels soft yet supportive, which he really appreciates. Overall, these have been a simple but effective upgrade that helps him stay more comfortable during his daily routine.

These arch support insoles made a noticeable difference from the first day I used them. They provide excellent cushioning and support without feeling bulky inside my shoes. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and these inserts helped reduce foot fatigue and discomfort, especially in my heels and arches. The material feels soft yet supportive, and they stayed in place all day without sliding around. I also appreciated how easy they were to trim for a perfect fit. After wearing them for a couple of weeks, my shoes feel much more comfortable, even during long walks and busy days. Great quality product that adds comfort and support to almost any pair of shoes

These full length shoe inserts are customizable with a pair of scissors. You just measure the insert against your foot and follow the pre-drawn curve above the toe to fit nicely into your athletic or casual tie shoes. I ordered a M for my size 9.5 women’s shoes. Not tremendously cushioning, they are supportive none-the-less and provide a fair amount of arch support. The deep heel cup holds my foot in place as well as my very high arches so walking is comfortable. I recently spent a very long travel day walking end to end in both airports and these insoles kept my feet and knees comfortable with no back talk at bedtime. They appear to be well made and I like the fact they can be readily moved from shoe to shoe depending on the day’s activities. I wish the arch support was more pronounced but am grateful for the mid-height they do offer which is better than most of my athletic shoes.

So far these have been comfortable. I've had these in a pair of brooks running shoes that are a couple years old and had fairly perished insoles. The texture of the insole doesn't allow your foot to slide so it can be a bit difficult to get your shoe on depending on how loose you can get your laces. I've walked around 20 miles in these so far and haven't had any issues. The midsole is a solid plate and takes a little to get used to but it's plenty comfortable. I haven't had any soreness wearing these insoles around and I generally recommend them. I deducted 1 star because the back of the box says that this specific insole was clinically evaluated and lists a trial that is real, but was done in 2011. These insoles are new to the market and the study doesn't mention 3Namix anywhere I can find. Their website also says that they've been around for 34 years, but they only have 2 products and I can't find anything that backs this up. The insole is nice enough but I wish they wouldn't make statements like that.

Note: You'll need some durable scissors to trim these. I ordered L & cut them down to fit a wider, durable work shoe which worked out well. I walk a lot & on hard surfaces on my shift. Initially I was going to put them in a narrower, less structured outdoor/indoor house slipper/shoe that I constantly wear at home, however, I didn't want to have to trim down the sides also...not yet anyway. There are cutting guides if I decide to do so. (I did end up trimming the inner arch a day later as it was rubbing against my skin). I first noticed the heel comfort. The harder type of rubber offered subtle spring in each step, but not in the manner that a gel would. I like this harder insole for serious working on hard floors and then I prefer to slip into my super springy gel type after work. > These are NOT pillow-y or cushion-y as in memory foam either. They feel thin, not so flexible & flat in certain areas...yet surprisingly, they offer some Supportive Give in the heel & arch. At first, out of the box, I thought they had a paper-y layer that the soles rests upon, but it's a very thin layer of a man-made fabric, suede like material that is comfortable. I wear socks, so I cannot tell if this layer on top of the hard rubber, causes sweating which I would make me unhappy. :) Usually, I need more cushion in the ball of the foot area and the entire underneath of the front of my foot (metatarsal bones & further up by the toes), but so far, these have been comfortable. I have very thin gel metatarsal inserts if I notice any discomfort that I can add, if need be. The price is steep! These are not budget friendly in today's economy, however, if they're effective, then sometimes you have to spend more. I haven't worn them enough to comment if I feel they are worth $60, nor comment on their durability or are effective for knee & arthritis pain prevention. +++ On that note, so far, I don't have any complaints about this product. :)

Let me paint you a picture: wide feet, high arches, and the kind of knee ache that makes you dread a trip to the grocery store. I've tried probably a dozen insoles over the years: drugstore cheapies, fancy gel ones, even a pricey pair my doctor pointed me toward. So when I landed on the Ideal Fit Arthritis Insoles, I wasn't exactly holding my breath for a miracle. But here's the thing I'm a women's 9 to 9.5 wide, which is notoriously hard to fit. The medium slid right into my sneakers and actually filled out the footbed. No bunching, no sliding around, no "close enough." That alone was worth writing home about. The real surprise came about an hour into wearing them. That familiar low grade knee grind I'd just accepted as part of my day? The deep heel cup does exactly what it promises it cradles your heel at strike and stops that shockwave from traveling north to your knees. And unlike the soft foam arches that start out feeling great and turn into a flat pancake by week three, the molded arch support here holds. It still feels like real support, not a suggestion. The triple-layer construction (Plastazote on top, memory foam in the middle, EVA base underneath) sounds like marketing speak until you're on hour six walking on a long day and realize you haven't thought about your feet once. That's a win. The Plastazote layer is the the same stuff used in prescription orthotics. It conforms without collapsing, and the EVA base keeps a little spring so you're not dragging yourself to the finish line in the afternoon. Are these the most expensive insoles I own? No. Are they right up there with the ones my doctor recommended at three times the price? Genuinely, yes. I'd buy them again without hesitation, and I'd tell any wide footed, achy kneed person scrolling through a hundred identical insole listings to stop right here. This is your one.

The first photo is of exactly how it looked when I took it out of the shipping envelope. The box looked like it had been run over by a truck, it was open on both ends. Product i hope is good otherwise, there are lines for you to cut and fit to size.

I work retail, so my shoes basically become life support during a 12 hour shift. I put these into my New Balance max cushion shoes and right away noticed the heel cup. That’s probably the standout feature for me. It cradles the heel really well and gives a more stable feeling when walking around on hard floors all day. The arch support is noticeable too, but not aggressive or awkward. It follows the foot naturally instead of feeling like there’s a golf ball jammed into the middle of the shoe. One thing I appreciated is that these are supportive without being overly thick. A lot of insoles end up lifting my foot too high and then the top of the shoe starts pressing down uncomfortably. That did not happen here. I wear a size 10 and the medium fit perfectly without trimming. No weird break in period either. I just dropped them in and went to work. Comfort wise, they’ve held up well so far during long shifts where I’m on my feet for roughly ten and a half hours. They feel comparable to other quality support insoles I’ve used in the past. My feet felt supported instead of overly cushioned and mushy, which I personally prefer because it keeps the shoe feeling stable. As far as the long term value goes, that’s the part I still need more time with. Insoles always make big promises about knee pain, ankle pain, and lower back relief, and I think durability over months matters more than first impressions. What I can say is that they’ve been comfortable, supportive, and easy to wear from day one, which already puts them ahead of a lot of insoles I’ve tried. Right now I’d give them five stars based on comfort and fit alone.

These are great insoles if you’re looking for a thin one that doesn’t take up space inside your shoes. It’s lightly cushioned and is very slim, barely noticeable inside the shoes. It does help make my shoes more comfortable to wear for longer periods. They’re well constructed and the size was just right. Would recommend!

I got these to replace some insoles in my Ecco slip-ons. Unlike many other insoles that I've tried, these are sturdy and very firm. I can't speak to any treatment for specific conditions, but I can say tha when I use these, my feet feel feel stable and secure. I appreciate the firm support for my arches. For those not used to firm support like this, I would recommend using them for a little while at a time and gradually work up to full-time use. Additionally, these tend to run a little bit wide, and while they claim to be trimmable, that really only works for the length. In short, these are some great insoles that work - to me, that makes them a great value.

These inserts definitely give arch support, but there’s not much cushion or comfort. I was incredibly excited by the memory foam in the product description, but given how thin the inserts are - if it is memory foam, it’s not detectable. These inserts are trimmable, so you can get them to fit your shoes with ease. I appreciate that. I would say they do provide great arch support and do align knees in a good position. I put them over the cushion insoles that came in my walking shoes and they are better than taking the cushion insoles out. Definitely do their job from a support perspective but are a let down from a comfort and cushion point of view. Not sure I’ll get another pair.

I have had feet problems most of my life and knee issues for over 20 years . I have tried many things including the custom made fiberglass orthotics . Since I still have issues I will usually try new things as I see them . The other day I came across the 3Namix Insoles , so I read their ad I figured Id give them a try . When They arrived I read all the information on the box and looked the insoles over . As you will see in the pictures I am attaching of the reverse side , there are different type of material used for the different areas of your feet . Each providing a different type of support for that area . Contrary to what the ad states ( quoted from the ad ) " Instructions for trimming and positioning the insole are implied but not explicitly stated." If you fill these over to the reverse side the lines are very clear where to trim them . I took out the current insoles and measured them to the 3Namix insoles and then cut . Perfect fit ! When first started walking with them I thought they felt odd ,but the more I walked the more I like them . I am considering ordering more of the 3Namix insoles , but I want to try them for at least a month before I do that . But I do highly recommend them . Pics included . I will update this review if needed .
